HOW IT WORKS
AuxJection is a fully integrated auxiliary fuel-injection solution engineered to work within your vehicle's factory ECM—no external controllers, piggybacks, or stand-alone controllers required. By utilizing custom ECM software (detailed instructions provided in your kit) that gets written to the ECM, AuxJection drives additional port-style injectors with the same precision you would expect from the stock controller.
AuxJection's internal calibration logic uses real-time ECM data to calculate and deliver auxiliary injector pulse width on the fly when a user-specified duration of direct injection window is met. After installation, the vehicle tunes no differently than if it were equipped with a higher-capacity fuel system from the factory.
The included fuel line set reroutes the low-pressure feed from the DI system at the firewall, through the throttle-body assembly, and returns it to the DI system inlet—allowing the auxiliary system to share the OEM low-pressure circuit without modifying factory hard lines. The plug-and-play harness combined with the pre-made fuel lines make this kit the EASIEST installing product on the market for adding an auxiliary fuel source.
EACH KIT INCLUDES:
- Billet throttle-body flange with matching fuel rail (compatible with stock throttle body up to 103mm bore)
- (2) FID2200 Injectors - flow-matched pair
- Pre-assembled, crimped PTFE AN fuel lines with all required fittings
- Plug-and-play wiring harness
FLEX-FUEL ADD-ON OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: No – Kit Will NOT Include Flex-Fuel Sensor or Integrated Harness – Fuel lines, fittings, and harness will come as if you are installing this on a stock-fuel-system vehicle from firewall to factory direct-injection pump inlet between supercharger and valve cover.
OPTION 2: Yes – Use Existing Sensor with Integrated Harness – The plug-and-play harness includes integrated flex-fuel sensor wiring and required fittings, making it the cleanest AuxJection + flex-fuel solution with all ECM connections in one harness.
Note: The harness is designed for the flex-fuel sensor to be mounted in the same location as shown in our product photo. If you already have a flex-fuel kit installed, proper fuel line fitment cannot be guaranteed, as the lines are designed to connect in one specific configuration. Existing flex-fuel hardware may need to be removed, but your sensor can be reused with this kit.
OPTION 3: Yes – Include Sensor & Integrated Flex-Fuel Harness – Ideal for adding AuxJection and flex-fuel capability at the same time. Includes harness, fuel line fittings, and flex-fuel sensor for seamless installation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Currently supports stock LT4 supercharged vehicles only. Support for aftermarket superchargers is coming soon with the correct harness and fuel line lengths. Custom kits without fuel lines or harness are available upon request for those building their own. Please email sales@wisherperformance.com
2. This system adds approximately one inch to the supercharger snout. Depending on your intake, minor tube/couplers modifications may be required for proper clearance.
3. Custom ECM software is REQUIRED. In your kit, you'll receive detailed instructions and information needed to generate your custom software file. This system WILL NOT function until the modified software is written to the ECM. *Tools for flashing the ECM are not included.
